We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight differences in color, appearance, finish, or design may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or the handmade nature of certain products.

The actual product received may have minor visual differences from the product images without affecting its intended use or overall design.

3. Prices and Product Availability

All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Prices and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, or availability errors.

If an order has been placed due to an obvious pricing or listing error, we may contact the customer to confirm the order or cancel it.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected product.

An order is considered confirmed only after it has been successfully verified and accepted by IndiaWheelz.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations including, but not limited to:

- Unserviceable delivery location
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Any other situation where fulfilling the order is not reasonably possible

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be handled according to the circumstances of the cancellation.

5. Payment

We currently accept payment methods including:

- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- UPI

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and order information.

For COD orders, the order may be verified before dispatch.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We work with online and local courier or delivery partners to deliver orders.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, transportation conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, delivery is subject to the courier's operational conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address and contact number.

7. Returns and Exchanges

IndiaWheelz provides a 7-day return and exchange period only for:

- Products damaged during delivery
- Defective products
- Incorrect products delivered

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or simply because the customer does not like the product.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims may require video call verification before a return is approved.

For eligible approved returns, IndiaWheelz will bear the return shipping cost.

Eligible cases are resolved through replacement or exchange only. Refunds are not provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

8. Product Damage and Verification

Customers should inspect their order after delivery.

If the product appears damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer should contact IndiaWheelz as soon as possible.

We may request photographs, videos, order details, or conduct a video call to verify the issue.

A return or exchange will be processed only after the issue has been reviewed and approved by IndiaWheelz.

All original content created by IndiaWheelz, including website content, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, branding, and other materials, belongs to IndiaWheelz or is used with appropriate rights.
